We liked almost everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is very versatile and of good quality. The room is quiet, large, with sea view. The evening events/concerts all had a good level.

There's not much to criticize except for the fact that both pools were cold. Perhaps at least one of them could have been heated a little , then swimming would have been nicer.

The food was delightful, I truly enjoyed fresh bread, fruit and meats for breakfast. The double room was airy and had a large bathroom. The hotel's position was beautiful close to restaurants and bars. Area around had a wide range of choice for meals and drinks, restaurants and bars.

The location was amazing and fab, at a short distance from Aqualava Waterpark. Got a double room in a drawer as expected, liked it. Overall, the hotel's location near the waterpark and the pleasant experience of staying in the double room were highlights of my visit.

Lacked certain facilities - tea making in room for example

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel for a week and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea and the nearby Fueteventura. The hotel is nestled in a quiet, residential area surrounded by beautiful gardens filled with palm trees. It truly feels like a hidden oasis.

The place was relaxing and had very welcoming staff from cleaners to management. the breakfast was incredible, with superb breads, fruit, and meats.

Staff were very polite and helpful.

Too many plants inside Hotel, causing Mosquito problems. The beds were very uncomfortable, we had to use the spare bankets, folded under the bottom sheet to help with how hard the beds were. Very poor. We felt hotel is over rated and expensive for what it is. . . sorry, but we have stayed in better for less cost.
